With extensive Golf Instructor Experience and Coaching Golf at the highest level since the mid 1990's, Raegan has logged thousand's of hours utilizing computer video analysis studying video comparisons of virtually all PGA Tour and Major Champions from all over the world that received instruction through the doors of David Leadbetter Golf Academy and then Brian Mogg Golf Academy.  As a result of 20+ years of video analysis and lessons given at the highest level, Raegan was able to draw distinct and direct technical swing correlations to the Tour Pro's when they were swinging great and winning Tournaments/Major Championships vs. those same Tour Pro's when they were missing cuts/swinging poorly and Why...

After 10+ years as a Senior Instructor with David Leadbetter, Raegan became Head Instructor at Keene's Pointe in 2006 and later at the Waldorf Astoria Orlando alongside Director of Instruction, Brian Mogg. Brian is a Golf Magazine Top 100 Instructor and Golf Digest Top 50 Instructor for years. Clients have won 23 Championships on the Major Golf Tours(PGA, LPGA, Champions, Korn Ferry Tour, etc...) as well as Y.E. Yang's PGA Championship Victory in 2009 and Bart Bryant's Tour Championship Victory in 2005 among others.

In 1999, during Raegan's tenure at David Leadbetter Golf Academy, he became the Director of Information Technology for DLGA and David Leadbetter Enterprises. Raegan oversaw all aspects of technology including daily operations, training aid development, and Research & Development focusing on golf swing mechanics and their correlations to performance. Additionally, Raegan spearheaded for David the creation of a 5 DVD self instructional video set and developed the logic/AI for the computer aided “Self Video Analysis” process. “Leadbetter Interactive” is still in stores today.

​Raegan has worked with numerous PGA & LPGA Tour Pro’s as well as collegiate and nationally ranked amateurs and juniors.  He has been seen on The Golf Channel, Golf Digest, ESPN magazine, and conducted and participated in many Fortune 500 corporate events and outings.
